|There are plenty of key things that you need to do if you want to keep your teeth healthy. It would be great if there was someone inside your body telling you when you do something right or correct you when you do something wrong. The teeth would be the best parts of your body to do this.
What many do not realize is that their teeth are talking to them and they are telling them how they are doing at keeping the teeth healthy.
The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
Your oral health tells you a lot about the things you do and the way your body works. Your teeth can tell you when they are happy and healthy. They let you know when you are doing things the right way and they let you know when you are doing something wrong. They can also tell you when something is wrong with your teeth and gums that you need to address.
In addition to telling you any problems you have with your teeth; they can also let you know about other health problems. Your teeth can warn you about conditions such as diabetes, cancer, immune system issues and pregnancy.
They Would Tell You What to Do
Your teeth want you to take care of them. They do not want to show you symptoms that there is a problem. They would let you know that you should not forget to brush or floss. They want to you to know what happens when you eat too many acidic foods or drinks and that you should limit them.
They would scream out if you are missing spots when you brush or when you need to brush longer. They would stop you if you are doing something that is harming them more than helping them.
Do not ignore the things your teeth are telling you. The sooner you deal with the problems with your teeth, the healthier your body will stay. Call us to help you get your oral healthcare optimized.

"Without a doubt the best dental office I've ever been a patient of. The dentists and their hygienists are all very friendly and knowledgable, and they do their best to make you as comfortable as possible. I haven't tried other dentists in Eugene, but I know I'm not alone in my opinion here… definitely recommend!" ~ Timothy
"Dr. Vivona was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier with my experience. While I wish I didn't need dental work, my experience with her has been great. She takes her time to make sure she's properly diagnosing. While doing the work, she was gentle, thorough and explained everything along the way, making sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend her" ~ Audrey
"I was greeted as I was walking in the door by two wonderful assistants. The hygienist was wonderful and encouraging through the whole exam. Over all the staff is the best I’ve encountered through dental and would recommend Dr. Vivona to anyone looking for quality and gentle care." ~Kimmi
